I can't stand a burger that disintegrates before you can finish it. Especially if it's not a chili burger or something with some wet topping that might could excuse itself for falling apart. Their burgers are good and it's a chain that I hope keeps expanding. One of the differences is that the bun is somewhat sweet in taste. I don't think their burgers are quite as good as those at, say, Kelly's Eastside, but they do what they do well. However, I'm like you and hope that In-N-Out expands to Texas soon.
