		<description>I&#039;m honestly not sure what made the mustard so good, Margie.  There was a flavor that I was trying to  nail down that added a lot to the overall taste...I think it might have been cumin.  It had a really nice sweet-spicy balance, too.

I believe it was housemade, but I&#039;m not 100% sure.  I&#039;ll try to find out next time I&#039;m there.</description>
