		<description>foodczar, I have to say one of the best parts of the experience was going home and making the dish again.  i was worried that the dishes wouldn&#039;t be replicable. however, the opposite was true! we made the dishes with the recipes we took home and it was just as delicious as it was when we made it in the class :)</description>

		<description>My lovely wife the Rock Star is a wonderful cook, yet she can&#039;t stand to eat her own cooking!  I think one of these classes would be great for us. If she could learn to cook something she would be proud of, she would cook more often, ultimately saving us dough.</description>

		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more!  I&#039;ve been to several of their classes now and they are super fun.  We went this past Monday to see Anthony Bombaci, the current chef at Nana.  There is such a wide variety of classes, I can&#039;t imagine ever getting bored.  Try and catch a Paula Lambert class (Mozzarella Company).  She&#039;s a great speaker.</description>
