Mmm...cheeseburgers. I had my wedding reception at Kincaid's, so I share the love. But not as much as my husband, who has a "Cheeseburger Compendium" on his website.

Yay for cheeseburgers!

That burger looks totally out of control! Madness! Too bad that the bun didn't support you. But really any way I could get this burger in my mouth... I would. LOVE!

Okay, so what's the point? i was born and raised in NYC, but I am now forced to live in a Florida trailer park.

SO WHAT? Do I have to be reminded that I cannot eat at the Meridian Room?

Are you people trying to insult me just because i am having a few personl problems and drug issues?

I don't even know what cheese is. But like the idea of 1/2 off. Does it matter if its the top or the bottom? Love a topless burger.

@Margie I think you can still sit outside and drink. They have a few tables out there and you can get a great view of the construction:)

@foodczar Yes. Aged cheese and meat. A longstanding tradition!

OK. That BC burger looks great, too. I'm a sucker. I can't help but want one every time I see one.

Being an old soul, Hub and I used ot hang out at the Meridian Room when it was the State Bar. Waaaay long time ago. That was back when you could take your drinks out front and stand around on the sidewalk and talk about who had the coolest Vespa, etc.

Bar of Soap creeps me out a little. But, Meridian is still just fine.

Brian, I'm so glad you are a blue-cheese burger lover. I think aged cheese and perfectly cooked beef are a great combo. Also, I think it's refreshing that a place is not afraid to undercook a burger in an era when overcooked burgers are more often the rule than the exception.
